Çanakkale-Biga’daki Biga İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi ve Biga Meslek Yüksek Okulu’nda öğrenim gören öğrencilere konaklama, eğitim ve rehberlik hizmeti sunmak amacıyla 2009 yılında faaliyetine başlamıştır.’’Eğitim ve turizm sektöründe deneyimleri olan pansiyon kurucuları ilçemize gelen öğrencilerin eğitim ve sosyal yaşamlarına katkıda bulunmak , ebeveynlerine huzurlu ve güvende olduklarını hissettirmek adına daha çok butik bir öğrenci pansiyon hizmeti vermeyi ve bu konuda seçici davranmayı ilke edinmiştir.
