Kurumumuz 2003 yılında hizmete açılmış olup ATATÜRKÇÜ DÜŞÜNCE sisteminin ışığında, tecrübeli ve güler yüzlü yönetim kadrosu ile görev yapmaktadır. ’ ’Yurdumuz 1’inci sınıf işletmeye sahip, yemekli ve ücretlidir.’ ’Öğrenci kapasitesi (96) kişi olmasına rağmen ,daha etkin hizmet verebilmek amacıyla bu durum yurt yönetimince (76) kişi ile sınırlandırılmıştır.’ ’Bina betonarme olup (1) bodrum, (1) zemin, (4) normal kat olmak üzere toplam (6) kattan ibarettir.’ ’Depreme dayanıklı olan binamızın can ve mal güvenliği açısından kullanılmasında bir sakıncanın olmadığına dair İl Bayındırlık ve İskan Müdürlüğünden rapor alınmıştır.’ ’Binada yönetmelikte bahsi geçen tüm odalar ile (12) adet tek kişilik, (16) adet iki kişilik ve (8) adet dört kişilik olmak üzere toplam (36) adet yatakhane bulunmaktadır.
