Yurtlarımız 1992 yılından bu yana M.E.B` na bağlı olarak hizmet vermektedir.Yurt anlayışına paralel olarak projelendirilen Seçkin Öğrenci Yurdu binası, bütün ayrıntılar düşünülerek tasarlanmıştır. Bu anlayışın bir devamı olarak, T.C. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı müfettişlerinin yurdumuzda yaptığı incelemeler sonucu belirlediği öğrenci kapasitesi toplamda 700 kişi olmasına rağmen yurdumuzun kapasitesi, öğrencilerimizin rahatı düşünülerek 600 kişi ile sınırlandırılmış ve tüm düzenlemeler bu sayıya göre yapılmıştır.’ Isparta Güleş Seçkin Öğrenci Yurdu, T.C Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı müfettişleri tarafından bölgemizde ’Yeni açılmak istenilen yurtlar için örnek olabilecek’ özel bir yurt olarak nitelendirilmiş olup, M.E.B standartların üzerinde, çağdaş, konforlu ve ISPARTA’DA 1. SINIF İŞLETME BELGELİ ilk kız öğrenci yurdu olarak bir ilke imza atmıştır ve çalışmaları ile daha nice ilkleri hedeflemektedir.
