Tüm odalar eşit standartlarda ve ev sıcaklığını aratmayacak şekilde tasarlanmış ve öğrencilerimizin rahatı için özenle hazırlanmıştır.’’Tüm odalarımızda gardrop, çalışma masası ve kitaplık, masa lambası, çelik kasa, telefon, televizyon, oturma gurubu, klima, modüler sehpa, buz dolabı, resim ponosu ile birinci sınıf yatak, baza ve nevresim takımları mevcuttur. Yerler parke olup, her odada wc-duş mevcuttur.’’İLBEY ERKEK ÖĞRENCİ YURDU’nda, diğer yurtlardan farklı olarak kullanılan saatli kart sistemi ile öğrencilerimizin giriş ve çıkış saatleri kolaylıkla kontrol edilmektedir. Resepsiyonda bulunan saatli kart sisteminde, öğrencilerimiz kendi isimlerine açılan kapı kartlarını saat kutusuna işletmektedir. Bu kartlar her akşam Gece Yönetim Memuru tarafından kontrol edilmekte ve yurtta bulunan öğrenci sayısı ile ilgili ön kontroller kolaylıkla yerine getirilmektedir’Yurdumuzda her yıl 19 Mayıs’da sosyal etkinlik düzenlenip öğrencilerimiz geziye götürülmektedir Yurdumuzun kuruluş amacı ticari olup YASİN MOBİLYA A.Ş. bünyesinde faaliyet göstererek yalnızca faydalı ve başarılı öğrencilerin yetişmesine yardımcı olmaktır.
