Yurt müdürümüz Belkız Çağlı 25 yıllık öğretmenliğin ardından 3 yıl İzmir Hakimiyet-i Milliye İlköğretim Okulu’nda müdür yardımcılığı yaptıktan sonra emekli olmuş ve kendini eğitime adamıştır. Etüd merkezi kurucusu ve müdürü olarak görev yapmış ve 2009 yılında yurt işletmeciliği sektörüne de girmiştir.
