Binamız her türlü hava koşullarına karşı dayanıklı ısı ses geçirgenliği düşünülerek tasarlanmıştır. Odalarımız ve salonlarımız; geniş ve refah, insanı sıkmayan boyutlarda yapılmıştır.’’Yurdumuz huzurlu bir mekan üzerine inşaa edilmiştir. Binamız yerden ısıtmalı kalorifer sistemiyle ısıtılması sağlanmaktadır.’’Odalarımızın hepsi tamamen denize nazırdır. Güven ve huzurun hakim olduğu bu büyük ailede yaşam günün 24 saati devam etmektedir. Sabah 07:00’de öğrencilere KAHVALTI hazırlığıyla başlayan hareketlilik, 07:30 ile 09:30 arasında öğrencilerin kahvaltı yapmasıyla devam eder. Kahvaltısını yapan öğrenciler okullarına gitmek üzere yurttan ayrılırken yönetim ekibimiz günlük çalışmalarına başlar.’’Dersi olmayıp yurtta kalan öğrenciler TV seyrederek vakitlerini geçirirler.’’Yurdun genel temizliği temizlik personeli tarafından yapılır.
