Bursa’da Osmanlı Sultanları tarafından yaptırılan Muradiye Küliyesinden adını alan mahalle, cami, hamam, yüksekokul, park ve her türlü ihtiyacın karşılanabileceği alışveriş ve sağlık merkezleriyle sakinlerine Bursayı zengin mahalle kültürü içinde yaşatıyor. ’Kentin özgün yapısını barındıran zengin ahşap doğramaları, kalın duvarları, yüksek duvarlı bahçesiyle sivil mimari örneği Muradiye Kız Öğrenci Evi içinde yaşayanlara sıcak bir klasik Türk Evi havası aldırır.
