2010 Yılında depreme dayanıklı olarak inşa edilmiştir. Duvarlarımız camlarımız gürültü geçirmez şekilde donanım edilmiştir. Ses ve ısı yalıtımı mevcuttur. Bu yıl yeniden dizayn ve yenilemesi yapılmıştır.Bir pansiyondan ziyade ev sıcaklığını size sunmaktadır. 3. Katta 6 dairemiz bulunmaktadır. Her dairede 4 Oda 1 Mutfak (buzdolabı bulunan ) ,2 Adet wc, 2 adet duşa kabinli banyomuz bulunmaktadır. Güven , huzur içinde büyük bir aile olmak için sizleri bekliyoruz.
