Binamız 2003 yılında özel yurt olarak projelendirilip yine kendi firmamız olan Yağmur İnş. Taah. Ltd. Şti. tarafından inşa edilmiştir. Apartmandan bozma değildir. 1. Derece deprem bölgesinde bulunan Aydın ilinde statik açıdan güvenliğe ve kullanım açısından her türlü konfora sahiptir. Yurdumuz tam şehir merkezinde olup, ADÜ Merkez Kampüsüne 2,5 km, otogara 1,8 km, tren garına 300 m, Sağlık Meslek Yüksekokulu ve Sağlık Yüksek Okuluna 100 m mesafededir. ’’Bulunduğu yer itibariyle öğrencilerimizin eğitim, toplu taşıma araçları ve sosyal aktivite merkezlerine ulaşımı ile güvenlikleri açısından avantajlı bir konuma sahiptir. ’’Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından 1. sınıf işletme statüsüne sahip olan kurumumuz yine Bakanlık tarafından rutin olarak denetlenmekte ve tüm yasal izinleri mevcuttur. 10. yılına giren tecrübeli personeliyle sıcak ve huzurlu bir ortam sizleri beklemektedir. Hiçbir siyasi organizasyon, vakıf ve dernek bağlantımız yoktur.
