Dairelerimiz en son inşaat teknolojileri kullanılarak radyal temel sistemi ile inşa edilmiştir, binamız deprem yönetmenliğine uygundur. Binamızda asansör, her katta kamera ve yangın söndürme dolapları mevcuttur.
